Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our atelier in Beirut, Lebanon, using traditional jewelry-making techniques.

Our jewelry is crafted using sterling silver (925), 18K gold, and carefully selected gemstones. Materials and specifications are indicated on each product page.

Sterling silver pieces tend to darken with time. We strongly recommend that you avoid wearing them while in contact with harsh chemicals and acids (household chemicals, perfumes, swimming pool…). For cleaning gently wash your jewelry in warm soapy water, and brush it with a very soft brush (to avoid scratches). After cleaning, dry with a soft cloth, and store away from humidity.

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately four weeks for production before dispatch. In-stock pieces may ship sooner; we will contact you if a delay is expected.

We offer complimentary and insured international shipping via DHL Express on all orders over USD 650 to supported destinations worldwide. For orders below this amount, applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery within Lebanon is complimentary on all orders, whatever the amount.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.

Prices are displayed in USD. Import duties, VAT, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please consult your local customs office or DHL for an estimate before ordering.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Customs clearance and carrier delays may affect delivery dates.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Returns are accepted exclusively for resizing, and the original piece purchased will be resized and sent back to you.

We strongly recommend ensuring your ring size is correct before placing an order. If you are unsure, we will be happy to assist you in finding the right fit.

Returns for resizing are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return and reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.
